It’s graduation season and we are wrapping up our sessions with our class of 2021 senior team members. Tanner just graduated from Saranac high school and these are her Michigan senior pictures! We were able to travel with Tanner all throughout the state to capture some amazing photos. She was an awesome team member for us for the class of 2021 and we had a ton of fun working with her and her familiy throughout the last year.

Tanners sessions started by being delayed due to the pandemic but we picked up with her first intro to team session the minute we were able to get back out there. We headed to a family members home, and ended up getting soaked by the rain the first night. That didn’t stop us, we picked back up the next night with some amazing weather and amazing scenery. We even got her fur baby in on a few!

Tanner decided for one of her full sessions she wanted to head north and see what beauty Michigan had to offer. They chose Glenn Haven Beach, up near the Sleeping Bear Dunes. Let me tell you, it was stunning up there! It was a gorgeous summer day, with beautiful sunshine and hot weather. It was even hot enough she was able to get in the water for a few shots at the end. The beach wasn’t very busy and we basically had the whole place to ourselves. If you’ve never had the chance to get up to the Sleeping Bear dunes area, what are you waiting for?!

Tanner also chose to do a fall session which she chose to do at Fitzgerald Park in Grand Ledge. The park is famous for it’s “ledges” as you walk along the river. It’s gorgeous! In the fall it’s even more beautiful with the fall colors engulfing the trees. It makes for the perfect location for Michigan senior pictures! I, unfortunately, was sick on this day, but Keysha took over and did a fantastic job as always.

Tanner also plays basketball. Basketball means the world to her so I was pretty excited to photograph her in their high school gym on the court.

With Tanner being a part of our Senior Influencer Team she was able to partake in a couple extra shoots. Come January of this year the snow had fallen and it was beautiful. Nice and fluffy! We did a few shots of her out in the snow and we also do some fun graduation photos this last month in her cap and gown!

We had a fantastic time working with Tanner and her family over the course of her 2021 school year. I can’t wait to see what kinds of things she will do with her future!
