Today we’re taking you back to last September at our first Red Ribbon Hall wedding for Michael and Shelby. They were married on a beautiful September day with a slightly overcast sky surrounded by their friends and family. Keysha and I arrived on site and jumped right into action, doing what we do best, capturing all of their special moments. We started the day with Shelby getting into her dress and Michael enjoying the morning with his guys. We photographed their beautiful yet simple decor set up, some family portraits, and even got to see these two love birds dance the night away during the reception.

Red Ribbon Hall is a gorgeous historic wedding venue nestled in the downtown Eaton Rapids area. We had the pleasure of sitting with the owners during dinner and hearing a little bit about their story. This venue is complete with a gorgeous dining hall for the reception and a beautiful historic upstairs stage space for the ceremony. They have it complete with two getting ready suites and it’s in a beautiful historic neighborhood which made for some great portraits with the couple.

We captured these two riding scooters through a cloud of bubbles and ended the night with a sparkler exit right outside the venue.
