Michael and Rachael had the perfect day for their wedding at the Port 393 wedding venue in Holland. The weather was perfect, the venue was perfect, they looked perfect, I don’t think it could have been anymore perfect for these two!

When Mike reached out to me I couldn’t wait. Those that don’t know, Mike and I were BFF’s during high school, especially during band class. We both played tenor sax and during marching season we were pretty much inseparable. He even went to my senior prom with me haha. Like I said, I couldn’t wait to photograph his big day. After I officially met Rachael at their consultation I knew she was perfect for him. She was beautiful, sweet, and full of laughter just like Mike. They complimented each other perfectly and thats what made their day absolute perfection.

The girls were able to get ready in the bridal sweet at the Port 393 wedding venue and it was beautiful. The place itself is just gorgeous and doesn’t need much decoration because the owners already have it set up perfectly. Their bridal suite was complete with a row of mirrors for each of them to do their hair and make up and a full length mirror to of course check yourself out in that beautiful wedding gown.

Mike had one request for his big day. He wanted these game day style photos of the guys walking into the hotel. Not going to lie, I kind of love it and want to do it for everyone haha. These gentlemen were full of attitude and played the part nicely. After getting ready they made their way to Port 393 to finish off their group photos and a few family photos before the ceremony started.

Once their beautiful outdoor rooftop ceremony was complete we spent the evening finishing up family portraits, roaming around downtown Holland, and dancing the night away. They threw in a sparkler photo and we made it to Kollen Park for some sunset portraits to complete the evening!
